When coupled with healthier eating and cardio, strength training will result in a leaner and healthier looking body.

Our ESP Strength Training Platform was developed to safely strengthen and progress every client, regardless of fitness level. The purpose of strength training is to increase muscular endurance, strength, and power, while at the same time, maintaining or increasing lean muscle mass. Each week, our strength training sessions will present new physical challenges as we empower and push each client to live stronger and healthier lives.

At Empower 3, we understand that most of our clients don’t have all day to work out. Between work, family, and hobbies, working out is often something that gets squeezed in or skipped altogether. As a matter of fact, studies have shown that people are more likely to continue a 30 minute workout routine, while those who commit to a 1 hour time block are more likely to discontinue regular workouts.

As an answer to this problem, the expert trainers at Empower 3 designed their strength training sessions to be completed within 30 minutes. Not only do our clients receive an intense workout that steadily increases in difficulty over time, they’re able to fit these workouts into their busy schedules.
