| Description: | Every semi-private personal training session will last for 30 min. Session sizes will be limited to 3 participants. During these training sessions our experienced fitness staff will coach and safely progress every client through the Empower 3 ESP Strength, and MDT Cardio Training Platforms. Every week, these ‘periodized’ training programs will provide new physical challenges as we empower and push each client to live stronger and healthier lives. These workouts are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. |

| Description: | Every ‘Empower Hour; Boot Camp’ session will last for 1 hour. Session sizes may vary (see boot camps offered for details). These empowering group training sessions will utilize functional and dynamic exercises to target the legs, upper body and core of each participant. Boot camp sessions will follow a ‘station’ format and every exercise will be completed for time. Boot camp is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. |

| Description: | These classes are open to both women and men. Every ‘Empower Hour: Yoga’ class will last for 1 hour. Class sizes will be limited to 12 participants. Our experienced yoga instructors will follow and teach an "all-levels" vinyasa/flow practice. Through yoga, our goal is to help our clients to develop total body strength while at the same time empowering them with improved balance and greater flexibility. ‘Empower Hour: Yoga’ will provide a great workout as well as leave our clients feeling refreshed and relaxed. Our yoga classes are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. |

| Description: | Every ‘Empower Hour: Yoga for Men’ class will last for 1 hour. Class sizes will be limited to 12 participants. Our experienced yoga instructors will follow and teach an "all-levels" vinyasa/flow practice. Through men's yoga, our goal is to help men to develop total body strength, balance and flexibility, while at the same time addressing gender-specific needs, such as tight hips and tight upper body musculature. ‘Empower Hour: Yoga for Men’ will provide a great workout as well as leave our clients feeling refreshed and relaxed. Our yoga classes are appropriate for men of all fitness levels. |
