The processes of tracking calories, and adhering to a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean meats will yield more than half of your fitness training results. For this reason, you cannot expect to change the way that you look and feel unless you change the way that you eat.

How Empower 3 Will Empower You

Our nutrition training program is centered on the use of the Bodybugg® Calorie Management System. This system empowers our clients with the nutritional information and tools they need to achieve lasting fitness success. When you become an Empower 3 client, one of our fitness professionals will use the Bodybugg system to create a nutrition plan that’s tailored to your individual needs.

At Empower 3 Fitness we understand that change is never easy, especially when it comes to breaking unhealthy eating habits. That’s why one of our certified trainers will be with you every step of the way to provide encouragement and creative ideas as you learn how to eat for lifelong health. We’ll use the Bodybugg system to monitor your nutrition every day.
