The Empower 3 MDT Cardio Training Platform is designed to provide every client with a diverse program that helps them avoid the all too common fitness plateau. The human body is capable of adapting to an established cardio program every three weeks. Unfortunately, these adaptations can result in a fitness plateau, meaning that any health related progress you may be experiencing would be halted (including weight loss).
